You don't have to spend hundreds of dollars to feel like you went to the SPA!
All you need is some Epsom Salt and Essential Oils (get Oils HERE)
Epsom Salt contains Magnesium Sulfate which is used as a soaking aid for -
calming moods, minor sprains & bruises, sore feet, relief for over excursion and
stiffness. When combined with essential oils you have a mighty amazing tool!
Ingredients:
•1 cup Epsom salt
•5-10 drops of essential oil
Some great relaxing oils to try are Lavender, Gentle Baby, Release, Stress Away
RC, Purification, etc. The possibilities are endless!
Directions:
•Drop desired essential oil into Epsom salts.
•Mix well and store the bath salts in an airtight jar until ready to use.
To use:
Pour 1 cup into warm bath water and enjoy your relaxing soak for 15 mins!
