Do you get headaches and feel nauseated from Air Fresheners? I do! I am very sensitive to them and cannot handle breathing them in! Even if you don't have ill effects now from them you should discontinue using them as soon as possible! Air fresheners are full of synthetic chemicals such as Phthalates which are harmful to your health. Many of the chemicals contained in Air Fresheners can have short- and long-term adverse health effects according to the EPA. Once these chemicals enter the bloodstream, they can alter hormone levels (known as endocrine disruptors) and cause other health problems such as: eye, nose, and throat irritation; headaches; loss of coordination; nausea; liver, kidney, and central nervous system damage; allergic skin reactions; shortness of breath, vomiting; nosebleeds; fatigue, dizziness, visual disorders, and memory impairment just to mention a few! Say WHAAAAAT??!! YES it's true, the EPA has documented it! To ensure the health and wellness of myself & my family I have banned all synthetic chemical sprays from my home.

I love the combo of Stress Away and Peppermint for a Poo Spray in the bathroom. It doesn't just cover up the smell it helps to neutralize odors and purifies the air to get rid of them! Here's how to make your own. Supplies you'll need:
• 1- 100ml glass spray bottle*
This bottle is similar to the YL I have in the picture that was a free gift with purchase. You can use any glass bottle you have. Adjust recipe accordingly if it’s smaller or larger in size.
• 20 drops of your favorite essential oils. (get your oils HERE. The Premium Starter Bundle with 12 oils & a diffuser is my fave way to get amazing oils for a great value!) I used 10-15 drops of Stress Away & 5 Drops of Peppermint. • 2TB good quality Witch Hazel* • Distilled Water
Directions:
Drop your Essential Oils into the glass spray bottle.
Add Witch hazel & fill the rest with distilled water.
Shake well to mix.
Shake before each use and spray to freshen the air without using harmful synthetic chemicals.
Enjoy your safe and natural spray!
Be Oily, Be Blessed, Be Well💗
