Golden Turmeric... I am in love with this yummy drink mix. After learning about it and all it's benefits this past June I just had to try it!
What is it? A mango rose powder mix you can add into various liquids like water, milk, or tea to make a delicious drink that pack a powerful punch.

HOW DO YOU USE IT? Drink at nighttime as part of your wind-down routine.
You can mix ½ teaspoon in 6–8 ounces of water, juice, or any milk of choice once daily.
I personally LOVE it in a glass with a can of cold sparkling water…
but my new FAVORITE way is to whisk 1/2 tsp it into a mug with about 6-8oz of warm Almond Milk —I like the Califia Farms unsweetened. It’s so rich and creamy…. YUMMY!
